Release Ego Chat 0.2.44: the version bump, runtime generation 2026-09-26.2 and the TECH.md release paragraph for #85. #85 counts GPT-6 Pro in ChatGPT's reported week instead of 0.2.43's rolling 7 days, which was wrong after a ChatGPT reset.
